Amybeth McNulty, an Irish-Canadian actor. She was best-known for her role as Anne Shirley in CBC/Netflix's drama series Anne with an E. It's a retelling of Lucy Maud Montgomery's 1908 novel Anne of Green Gables. Amybeth McNulty grew up in Milford County Donegal Ireland. Her father is Irish and her mother Canadian. Amybeth was born on the 7th of November 2001 in Ireland. In 2023, she will be going to be 20 years old. Her birthplace was in Donegal and raised there. She holds dual Irish and Canadian citizenship. The blonde locks on her hair. Anne also formed a complex connection with Gilbert Blythe who was two years younger than Anne however he was studying at the same degree after his studies were cut short when his father was sick. At their first encounter as schoolmates Gilbert teased Anne by giving her the nickname Carrots. Amybeth McNulty plays Anne, an abandoned 13 year old girl who endures a childhood that is filled with violence in orphanages and houses. Anne is forced to live on Prince Edward Island with her aging sisters, Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert. The family is all content when the show ends at the end of 1919. Gilbert has aged to 55 but is passionately in love with Anne.
